1Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the rf999 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated software applications operated at rf999.io.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any eligible bonus funds held in a separate bonus wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, deposit match, free spin equivalent, or other incentive credited to your Account by rf999 under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate bet amount that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to each individual casino game or sports betting market available on the Platform, as displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all rf999 account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated.
• "MFS" means Mobile Financial Services, referring to payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all time-sensitive operations on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and age verification process that rf999 may require at any stage of your account lifecycle.

2Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The rf999 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. rf999 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. rf999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The rf999 Platform is operated for and marketed to players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the rf999 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. rf999 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law. Players located outside Bangladesh use the Platform entirely at their own risk and discretion.

2.3 Registration Process

To open an Account you must complete the rf999 registration form accurately and in full, providing your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and current. You must promptly update your Account details if any of this information changes.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the rf999 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where rf999 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds across all accounts may be voided.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

rf999 may at any time request that you complete a KYC verification process. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address dated within the past three months, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or account closure.

3Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. rf999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify rf999 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all personal information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date at all times. rf999 will not be responsible for any delays in withdrawal processing, loss of access, or other consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by you.

3.3 Account Currency

All rf999 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. rf999 does not apply currency conversion charges on transactions made directly via Bangladeshi MFS providers.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. rf999 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to any dormant account that holds a positive balance. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. A dormant account may be reactivated by logging in and completing any required verification steps.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rf999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. International payment methods such as Visa and Mastercard may be available for deposit only, subject to availability.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposit

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single MFS deposit: ৳50,000 (subject to MFS provider limits)
• Maximum daily deposit: ৳200,000 unless increased by written request and account verification

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made to an MFS account or bank account registered in the name of the rf999 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• rf999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been met in full.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by rf999 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal restrictions. These promotion-specific terms form part of these Terms and must be read in conjunction with this Section 5.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following default wagering requirements apply to all rf999 bonuses:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (specified per promotion) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit stated in the promotion terms. Unused Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. Game contribution rates are displayed in the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

rf999 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the relevant Account where rf999 reasonably determines that a player has attempted to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the spirit or letter of any bonus offer. Examples of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged wagers designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms.

5.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

rf999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players by in-platform notification or email where reasonably practicable.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game-Specific Rules

Each game and betting market on the rf999 Platform is governed by its own Game Rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Game Rules for a specific title, the Game Rules will prevail with respect to that specific game outcome or settlement dispute.

6.2 Cricket Betting — Settlement Rules

Cricket betting markets on rf999, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other ICC fixtures, are settled in accordance with official match results as reported by the relevant governing body (BCCI, ICC, BCB). In the event of a match being abandoned, delayed beyond 24 hours from its scheduled start time, or reduced in overs due to weather or other factors, settlement will follow the rules displayed in the relevant market. rf999 does not accept liability for any settlement disputes arising from discrepancies in third-party data feeds.

6.3 Minimum & Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set at the individual game or market level and are displayed within the relevant game interface. rf999 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice, including the reduction of limits for individual players where irregular betting patterns are identified.

6.4 Void Bets & Cancelled Games

rf999 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed as a result of a technical error, software fault, manifest pricing error, or any other platform malfunction. In such cases the original stake will be returned to the player's Account. rf999 will not be liable for any loss of expected winnings arising from a voided bet.

7Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rf999 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to generate winnings that would not otherwise be possible under normal game conditions.
• Colluding with other players, including in live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage of account use.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward rf999 staff or other players via the live chat or any other Platform communication channel.

8Responsible Gaming

rf999 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling entertainment. We provide a range of tools designed to help players maintain control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold over a given time period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive in-platform notifications after a specified duration of continuous gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the rf999 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9Privacy & Data

rf999 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the rf999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data practices are summarised as follows:

• Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, and customer support.
• All data is transmitted using SSL/TLS encryption. Payment information is processed via secure MFS integrations and is not stored on rf999 servers in unencrypted form.
• rf999 does not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the rf999 Platform, including but not limited to the rf999 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of rf999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the rf999 Platform without the prior written consent of rf999. Unauthorised use of rf999 intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may be subject to legal action.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rf999's total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rf999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or betting market.
• Any technical malfunction, server failure, internet connectivity issue, or software error affecting your access to or use of the Platform.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by MFS providers or banking partners.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rf999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

rf999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via in-platform notification or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

12.2 Account Closure by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting rf999 support via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.3 Account Closure by rf999

rf999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where rf999 reasonably determines that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, rf999 reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances.

13Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the rf999 Platform shall first be referred to rf999 customer support for attempted resolution. rf999 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the rf999 internal complaints process within a reasonable timeframe, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
